Install and sign in
Download Skyflo for your Mac from the download page. Choose the installer for Apple silicon or Intel, open the disk image, and move Skyflo into Applications. Open it there and complete account sign-in. Free requires an account but no payment card.
Connect an agent
Open Settings › Providers. Use an installed coding agent with its own sign-in, add a supported model key for Skyflo's own agent, or use the included models on a paid plan. Choose Check now after installing or signing in to an agent. A provider must be ready before it can run a mission.
Your Skyflo subscription and a coding agent's subscription are separate. A paid Skyflo plan does not sign you in to Claude Code or another external agent.
Choose a folder and objective
Use Open folder (⌘O), then New mission (⌘N). Select the repository and working copy you want the mission to use. Give it a checkable objective, the relevant constraints, and a way to verify the result. For example:
Find why the settings panel loses its selected tab after restart. Fix it, run the relevant tests, and explain the change. Do not push or deploy.
Check the agent, model, work mode and access mode before sending. Auto starts with Full access when you have not made an explicit access choice. Orchestrate starts with Ask for approval. A remembered choice can override those defaults.
Follow the result
Read the conversation and tool results. Answer questions and decide approval requests when they appear. A finished turn means the agent has stopped working for now; inspect its result and verification before treating your objective as complete. Keep related follow-ups in the same mission.
