Pair a phone

Pair a supported iPhone or iPad app with your Mac and manage the connection.

Before pairing

The supported Skyflo iPhone and iPad app follows missions from your linked Mac. Check the iOS support page for distribution and compatibility information. Pairing does not require a paid plan. Mac missions need Skyflo open, awake and connected on the Mac to receive new decisions and messages.

  1. Open the phone app and choose Link with Skyflo Desktop.
  2. On your Mac, open Settings › Devices › Pair a phone.
  3. Enter the eight-character code shown on the phone.
  4. Check the account and device shown, then approve the pairing.

Codes expire after ten minutes. Generate a new code if it expires. The signed-in account console also offers a pairing flow when you cannot use the Mac's settings.

Follow and respond

The phone can show shared mission progress, questions and approval requests. Review the exact action before approving. High-risk actions require biometric confirmation; a changed or expired request needs a fresh decision. When a Mac is offline, saved mission content may remain readable, but that does not mean a new command has reached it.

The phone is not the place to raise a Skyflo Cloud spend limit. Use the explicit control on the Mac.

Notifications and removal

Notification text can contain mission names or project details. Choose the lock-screen disclosure level appropriate for the device. Removing a phone in Settings › Devices prevents further mission access and approvals. It does not undo actions already completed.

Use Unlink this device in the phone app to remove its connection. If an offline local-only removal is offered, the account-side device entry still needs to be revoked.
