Connect a coding agent

Use your installed coding agents and manage their readiness in Providers.

Choose who executes the mission

Skyflo can run its own agent or an external coding agent installed on your Mac. Supported integrations include ChatGPT Codex, Claude Code, Cursor Agent, Antigravity, Grok CLI, OpenCode and Pi. Their model access and subscriptions belong to their own accounts unless the interface explicitly offers Skyflo-managed access.

Make an agent ready

  1. Install the coding agent using its publisher's instructions.
  2. Complete its own sign-in in a terminal or supported login flow.
  3. Open Settings › Providers in Skyflo.
  4. Find the agent, enable it if needed, and choose Check now.
  5. Select a ready agent in the mission composer.

Skyflo looks in common installation locations as well as the executable search path. If it cannot find a new install, verify that the agent starts from your terminal, then check again in Providers.

Read the status

Not installed needs an installation. Sign-in needed or Sign-in expired needs that agent's authentication flow. Needs update means the installed version is below the supported minimum. Turned off means it is disabled for new work. Unavailable requires inspecting the accompanying reason.

A version newer than the latest one tested can carry an advisory without being blocked. Compatibility and authentication are separate: an executable can be installed and still lack usable access.

Know the differences

Agents differ in attachments, live steering, session recovery and model selection. Skyflo shows supported controls for the chosen runtime. Switching agents after work begins can require consent to share the conversation. An unavailable selection does not authorize silently moving your work to another provider.

Only Codex and Skyflo's own agent are offered in Skyflo Cloud. Claude Code and the other integrations described here run on the Mac.
