Email contact@skyflo.ai. Tell us which app and version you are using (it is at the bottom of Settings), what you expected, and what happened instead. Leave out passwords, keys, and private repository content.

Skyflo for iPhone and iPad

The phone follows missions running on your Mac, and lets you answer their questions, send guidance, and approve or decline actions. The work itself stays on the Mac.

Link a phone

You need Skyflo Desktop 1.3 or later on your Mac, signed in to your Skyflo account.

On the phone, tap Link with Skyflo Desktop. It shows an eight-character code. On the Mac, open Settings, then Devices, choose Pair a phone, type the code, and approve. The phone shows your missions within a few seconds.

If the code expires before you enter it, start again on the phone for a new one.

The phone shows no missions, or says your Mac is offline

Missions run on your Mac, and the phone sees them only while that Mac is on, awake, connected, and signed in to the same account. Wake the Mac or open Skyflo on it, and the phone catches up on its own.

Without a connection, the phone shows the missions it last saved and sends nothing until it is back online.

Notifications

Allow notifications when the phone asks, and a mission that needs your answer or decision notifies you. Tapping a notification opens that mission. In the phone's Settings you choose how much a notification shows on the lock screen.

Approving an action

An approval shows the exact action, the files it touches, and its cost. Consequential actions ask for Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode, and an approval applies only to the action you reviewed. If the mission has moved on, the phone tells you instead of approving something different.

Unlink a phone, or remove a lost one

On the phone, open Settings and tap Unlink this device. For a phone you no longer have, open Settings, then Devices on your Mac, and remove it there. Either way it stops seeing missions straight away, and you can pair it again later.

Try it without a Mac

Tap Try sample missions on the phone’s first screen. Every control works on sample data, including approvals, and nothing is sent anywhere.

Your account and your data

Download Skyflo Desktop from the download page. Your plan, devices, and account deletion are in the account console at app.skyflo.ai. For a copy of your data, email us from the address on your account. The privacy notice describes what Skyflo keeps and for how long.
