Meetings, an add-on for Pro and Max
Skyflo joins your meetings.
Bring Skyflo into your Google Meet, Zoom and Teams calls. Ask out loud, and the mission gets to work.
$35 a month on a monthly Pro or Max plan. No attendee fees.
One call, one mission
Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Joins
From the mission you pick, with a notice in the meeting chat.
Listens
Quiet until someone speaks to it.
Works
Answers from the mission and takes on what the room asks.
Asks
A step that needs approval is allowed once or rejected.
Leaves
When told, or when the call ends. The work keeps going.
Decide in the call. The work has already started.
Skyflo joins as a participant tied to one mission, so what the room asks for becomes mission work on the spot.
The engineering sync
- Today
- Someone notes the failing check, and after the call writes it up for an agent to pick up.
- With Skyflo in the call
- Ask Skyflo about the failing check while you talk. It answers from the mission and starts on the fix in the same conversation.
The customer call
- Today
- Requests land in one person's notes and become a follow-up hours later.
- With Skyflo in the call
- Ask Skyflo to put each request into the follow-up draft in the mission as it comes up. You review it and send it yourself.
The planning meeting
- Today
- The room agrees on next steps, and the work starts tomorrow when someone remembers it.
- With Skyflo in the call
- Hand the agreed task to the mission before anyone hangs up. It keeps running after the call, and the request is saved to the mission.
Everyone knows it is there. You decide what it does.
The people in the call are told, nothing is recorded, and the mission keeps the access you gave it.
- It says who it is
- Skyflo posts a notice in the meeting chat when it joins, and again for anyone who arrives later. The notice names the mission and how to stop it.
- No recording
- Skyflo records no audio or video. While it listens, what is said goes from the host's Mac to OpenAI so it can answer.
- A transcript only if you choose
- Saving a transcript is off unless the host turns it on for that meeting. It is text only, kept on the Mac, and can be exported or deleted.
- You approve what matters
- The mission keeps its access mode. From the call a request can be allowed once or rejected; anything broader is changed in Skyflo on the host's Mac.
- One meeting at a time
- Your organization's add-on brings Skyflo into one call at a time, and anyone in it can tell Skyflo to stop listening or to leave.
- Saved meetings stay yours
- Review, export or delete them from Meetings in Skyflo, even after the add-on ends.

One add-on for your organization.
Meetings goes on a monthly Pro or Max plan and renews with it. Remove it any time; it ends at renewal.
- Skyflo 1.7 or later on your Mac, and Chrome, Brave, Edge or Chromium installed for Skyflo's meeting browser.
- For Google Meet, a Google account signed in to Skyflo's meeting browser. Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls join as a named guest.
- Zoom calls open in Zoom's web client, so the link needs its passcode and the host must allow joining from a browser.

Meetings questions.
Which calls can Skyflo join?
Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls, from a link you paste into a mission. Zoom calls open in Zoom's web client, so the link needs its passcode and the host must allow joining from a browser.
Do people in the call know Skyflo is there?
Yes. Skyflo posts a notice in the meeting chat when it joins, and again for anyone who arrives later. It names the mission, says where call audio goes while it listens, and how to stop it.
Is the meeting recorded?
Skyflo records no audio or video. For each meeting the host can choose to save a text transcript on their Mac, then review, export or delete it from Meetings in Skyflo.
Who can direct the mission?
Anyone admitted to the call. When the mission needs approval, the room can allow that one request or reject it. Its access mode and anything broader are changed only in Skyflo on the host's Mac.
What happens when the call ends?
Skyflo leaves when asked, when the meeting ends, or once everyone else has gone. Work someone handed over keeps running in the mission, and saved meetings stay on the Mac.
What does Meetings cost?
$35 a month, added to a monthly Pro or Max plan, with no attendee fees. Calls draw on your plan's included usage, which Meetings raises. Remove it any time; it ends at renewal.
What do I need to start?
Skyflo 1.7 or later on your Mac, Chrome, Brave, Edge or Chromium for Skyflo's meeting browser, and for Google Meet, a Google account Skyflo joins as.
