One Team, One Subscription, Each Person's Work

Team and Team Max bring one organization bill, shared included usage and clear account roles to Skyflo. Each person keeps their own missions, workspaces and memory.

One person usually brings Skyflo to a team. They connect the coding agents they already use, give a mission an objective and follow the work through its commands, changes and decisions. Then someone else wants to use it, and a practical question arrives: who pays, who can join and which account funds the work?

Team and Team Max put those decisions in one place. An organization has one subscription, a seat for each person and a shared pool of included usage. Owners and admins manage access in the account console. Each person's missions, local workspaces and memory remain their own.

Skyflo is the agentic operating system for your company. This is the account boundary that lets a person bring it into a team while keeping the work they already have.

One Subscription, Starting With One Person

A Team subscription can start with one seat. You can establish the organization while you are its only member, then add seats as other people join. Monthly self-serve quantities run from 1 to 100, subject to the capacity available for the purchase.

Team carries Pro's model access. Team Max carries Max's. In the account console, choose the organization, plan and seat quantity, review the recurring total and applicable taxes, and complete Dodo checkout. Paid seats and access follow confirmed successful payment. Returning from the checkout page alone does not grant them.

Billing shows the plan changes available to the selected organization. The preview shows the charge, quantity and when the change takes effect. A move from Pro to Team keeps that organization's customer and subscription relationship; it does not require buying an unrelated second subscription first.

The organization you select matters. A personal subscription held in another organization stays separate. Changing one organization's plan does not change the other organization's plan or move work between them.

A Pool the Organization Can Use

Each paid seat contributes included usage to the organization's pool. A member's use of Skyflo's included models and eligible Skyflo Cloud machine time draws from it. The account console shows the organization's usage and the use attributed to each member, so the people responsible for the bill can see where the capacity went.

Sharing that pool lets a team use its included capacity where the work is happening. One person's quiet day leaves room for another person's mission. Model access, rate limits and simultaneous-request limits still follow the plan. Buying additional seats does not multiply the organization's request or execution limits.

Included usage is a service entitlement. It does not roll over into the next funded period, and the pool does not create automatic overage charges. The pricing page and the checkout show the offer you are choosing. Skyflo Cloud retains its own mission limits and execution boundaries, described in The Mission Outlives the Laptop.

Invite People With a Clear Role

Owners and admins invite people from the account console, share their invitation link, see pending invitations and manage membership. A current member uses a seat. A pending invitation reserves one, so sending an invitation cannot promise access the subscription does not have.

The roles give each person a clear scope. A member can use the organization's access. Owners and admins can manage billing, invitations and members. Only an owner can grant ownership or change an owner's role, and the last owner cannot be removed or demoted.

Removing a member or revoking an invitation releases its place in the roster. It does not silently reduce the paid subscription quantity. A lower billed quantity is a separate change in Billing, with its own preview and effective date.

Review the Next Period Before You Change It

Added seats are a paid change. Dodo credits the unused time on the current subscription and charges for a full new monthly period at the new quantity, restarting the billing cycle. The confirmation explains the charge and billing timing before you authorize it. Additional seats and the new period's included usage become available only after payment succeeds.

A failed added-seat charge leaves the seats and remaining usage still covered by the earlier payment in place. A provider changing a date while a charge is unresolved does not refresh the funded allowance.

Seat reductions take effect at renewal. The lower quantity must cover the members and pending invitations already using seats, and new invitations must fit within that scheduled quantity. Cancellation stops renewal while preserving otherwise-valid access through the paid-through date. The Terms and Refund Policy govern the order and its remedies.

Choose the Organization on Your Mac

The organization picker in Desktop chooses the account authorizing new account-backed work. Wait until missions are idle, then select the organization you intend to use. The switch links the Mac explicitly to that organization and retires the previous device authorization.

That account change leaves the work on your Mac in place. Missions, local workspaces and memory do not become visible to other members because they share the bill. The organization subscription also gives an admin no access to another person's private mission conversation, local files or Cloud checkpoints. The Privacy Notice describes those boundaries.

A Welcome That Prepares the First Mission

The new Welcome to Skyflo starts with what is on this Mac. It discovers coding agents, shows which ones need sign-in or setup, and makes the active plan's limits visible before the first mission.

Starter instructions give a new person somewhere useful to begin: fix a bug, finish a migration or coordinate a change across repositories. Choosing one prepares the instruction. The person still chooses the repository and starts the mission. Setup does not start paid work on its own, and the welcome can be skipped or opened again from Help.

In Skyflo Improves How It Improves, we described how the harness carries what a person's missions teach into later work. Team adds shared account administration around that existing work. A team can pay together while each person keeps the missions they direct, the evidence they inspect and the memory they build.

The Desktop 1.6.0 release notes record the changes. Review plans and pricing, download Skyflo for Mac or use the getting-started guide and support.
