An AI marketing assistant in a meeting is useful when it can help produce the material the team needs next. For a launch discussion, that might be a revised brief, a comparison of approved claims or draft copy with open questions left visible.
Skyflo Meetings connects the call to one mission. People in Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams can ask it to work while they discuss the launch. The mission can continue after Skyflo leaves the call.
Bring the source material
Prepare the mission with the product brief, approved claims, intended audience and relevant research. Include constraints such as channels, dates and material that requires review. A meeting gives the agent a conversation; the sources give it something to check that conversation against.
Use a brief like this illustrative example:
Help us prepare the launch brief. Check proposed copy against the supplied product documentation. Draft an email and a landing-page outline after we choose the audience. Mark assumptions and leave publishing for review.
Keep the requested outcome small enough to assess. “Run our marketing” gives the room very little basis for deciding whether the session worked.
Use the call to resolve decisions
Ask Skyflo to compare a proposed headline with the documented capability. Ask which customer problem each draft addresses. If someone suggests a number, ask for its source and the period it measures before using it in copy.
A useful marketing output separates three things: a fact supported by a source, a creative proposal and a question that still needs a decision. Putting all three into confident prose makes the draft harder to review.
There is already a meeting-notes market for marketers. Tactiq's marketing page focuses on capturing ideas, recalling information and generating updates. A Skyflo working session can begin with the material and tools in the mission, then use the conversation to direct a specific deliverable.
Leave with an artifact you can review
Before wrapping up, ask Skyflo to update the brief with the chosen audience, proposed message, supporting sources, owners and unresolved decisions. Have it draft the next piece of material in a named file or a connected tool the mission can use.
Check the result against the actual decisions. A proposed owner is not an accepted assignment. A target date is not a promise someone made. A drafted email is not a sent campaign. Those distinctions belong in the output itself.
Skyflo does not need to retain the whole conversation to receive work from it. Saving a local text transcript is optional and off by default. If you need a record beyond the requests acted on by the mission, choose the transcript setting for that call.
Test the workflow before expanding it
Start with one launch planning session. Review whether the drafts use supported claims, reflect the decisions and make the remaining work clear. Use real results from that session to decide which task to delegate next.
