What Needs You Comes First

Skyflo 1.7.1 redraws the missions list around the question you open it with: is anything waiting on me? Approvals, answers, plans to review and decisions lead the list from every workspace, and work in progress follows.

When several agents work at once, the missions list in Skyflo's sidebar stops being a history. It becomes the place where you decide what to look at next.

In 1.7.0 the list was still built like a history. A mission waiting for your approval sat wherever its last activity put it, so finding it meant scanning for its mark. Work running in another workspace and missions that had failed there were lifted into one group at the top, side by side, although one was busy and the other was finished. The list showed everything, but it did not answer the first question.

Skyflo 1.7.1 answers it first.

Needs You

The list now opens with Needs you: every mission that is waiting on a person. That means an approval, a question that needs your answer, a plan ready for your review, or a decision only you can make. Missions from every workspace appear there, even while the sidebar is scoped to one, because a mission waiting on you in another workspace is still waiting on you.

Each of these rows carries an amber mark. Hover it and it names what the mission is waiting for: Approval required, Input required, Plan ready for review or Needs your decision. When there are many, all but the first five fold behind one Show more line, so the group never pushes the rest of the list off the screen.

In Progress

Next comes In progress: missions that are working right now, and missions scheduled to run. These also come from every workspace. Scoping the sidebar to one workspace says where you are reading, not that you want to forget an agent is running somewhere else. A working mission shows a mark that turns. A scheduled one shows a ring.

After that come your pinned missions, your own sections and your history by day. History folds after twelve missions behind Show more. It never folds away just one or two rows, and it never hides the mission you have open.

A Failure Is Not a Request

One thing moved down. A turn that failed hours ago is finished. It is not asking anything of you, and it is not more current than the work you have started since. So a failed mission keeps its place in time, in its own workspace, and carries a red dot until you open it.

That dot is part of a second, quieter signal. When a mission changes while you are reading something else, because a turn finished, a schedule ran it or Skyflo Cloud picked it up, it gets a dot until you open it, the way a mail client marks a thread. Red means it failed since you last looked. The record of what you have seen stays on this Mac. The first time 1.7.1 runs, everything already in the list counts as seen, so you are not greeted by a sidebar full of dots.

One Line Each

Every mission now takes one line. Its workspace is named at the end only when the mission comes from a workspace other than the one you are reading. Inside a scoped list that name would repeat on every row and say nothing. Pinned missions carry no pin of their own, since the Pinned heading already says it once for all of them. Pull requests, open ports and Skyflo Cloud placement keep their small marks at the end of the row, and the full details are in the card that opens when you hover a mission.

The compact rail keeps the same marks, so the list still says what is waiting on you, what is running and what changed, even when it is narrowed to icons.

What Else Is in 1.7.1

Missions on Skyflo's models also move up to GPT-6 Luna and GPT-6.1 Sol in 1.7.1, in place of GPT-5.6 Luna and GPT-5.6 Sol. The rest of the release makes Meetings steadier on Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Skyflo checks your account's one call seat before it asks to join. In a call it answers when someone speaks to it and stays quiet while the room talks among itself, and it says what it can share when it cannot share what was asked. The release notes list every change.
