A quick follow-up and a careful investigation call for different choices. You may want to keep the same agent, choose another model, or ask for a different reasoning level. Running the work in Skyflo Cloud should leave those decisions within reach.
Desktop 1.7.4 brings model and reasoning controls to the Skyflo Cloud composer and to the next message on a mission already running there. It also makes saved meeting conversations easier to read and gives Settings and Memory clearer recovery when something cannot be saved or loaded.
Choose Before the Work Starts
In Start Where the Work Will Run, we described starting a mission in Skyflo Cloud from a connected GitHub repository, without first cloning it onto your Mac. You chose the repository, base branch and agent. The model controls were less complete than the ones available on the Mac.
Now the launch screen brings those choices together. Choose Skyflo's own agent or ChatGPT, then an available model and reasoning setting. Skyflo's own agent offers Auto, Efficient and eligible individual models. The choices shown are the ones your plan can run in Skyflo Cloud.
A model menu can be opened before any machine starts. Looking through the choices starts no work. If the choices cannot be read, the composer explains that and offers a retry. If a saved choice is no longer available, you choose its replacement before sending.
Skyflo Cloud still uses your plan's included models. A provider key or personal agent sign-in on your Mac does not become model access in Skyflo Cloud. The mission's spending limit and your account's limits still apply. The pricing page explains the plans.
Change the Next Turn
An investigation can change shape after its first answer. You may want the next pass to use a different model or reasoning setting while the current pass finishes.
On a mission in Skyflo Cloud, the controls say Next turn. Your new choice applies to the next message; the turn already executing keeps its model. You can inspect the selection before you send rather than having a setting silently change work already in progress.
For ChatGPT, the reasoning setting is a request to the agent. Execution details distinguish the requested setting from what the provider confirms.
The Skyflo Cloud guide covers starting, moving and bringing a mission back. The mission remains the work you direct, whether its next turn runs on your Mac or in Skyflo Cloud.
Read the Conversation You Kept
Meetings connects a call to a mission so the work can begin during the conversation. When you choose to save a transcript, that conversation should also be readable afterwards.
In 1.7.4, fragments from one turn stay together even when playback or activity updates arrive between the words. A display correction appears in the readable conversation, while the original fragments remain in the JSON export. Search follows that corrected text, so a phrase can match across the pieces in which it arrived.
The Meetings view, text export and readable conversation in the JSON export use the same grouping. Long records load in pages. If a search covers only the loaded text, it says so. Generated text, observed playback, interruptions and unknown speakers remain distinct evidence.
The capture choice stays with the host. A saved transcript is text kept on the host's Mac. Skyflo records no audio or video, and keeping a transcript remains optional.
Before a call, review the name Skyflo will appear under and the voice it will use. Signed-in accounts show the account name and email, and Use this account confirms the choice. Google Meet uses that confirmed Google account; Zoom and Teams also offer guest mode where the meeting permits it. Choosing a voice does not rename the signed-in account. Hosts still control admission and sign-in requirements.
Meeting setup keeps its brief and Join call controls reachable when interface zoom is enlarged. A sign-in handoff keeps the browser page open after Voice Mode ends.
Prepare the Walkthrough
A prepared presentation now exposes its chapters. The host can review the outline, edit a chapter's title and narration before starting, and jump to a chapter by title or topic when the discussion moves.
When a chapter includes a page to show, the presentation checks that page before its narration starts. If the page cannot be verified, it pauses. The host can check the browser and resume, or explicitly continue with audio only. A completed narration and an observed page remain separate facts.
Recover Where You Are
An accepted Skyflo Cloud launch opens its conversation directly. Fresh conversations remain visible in order after repeated moves, and local follow-ups wait behind the conversation currently running. If a follow-up is refused, the draft and explanation remain visible through refreshes.
On the Mac, sending waits for saved mission settings to load. If they cannot be read, the draft is kept with Try again. Moving with an initial instruction lets you review the model and reasoning for that work. An idle move keeps the mission's existing configuration.
Inside a mission, tool groups expand independently and keep work you opened visible when a turn finishes. On wider windows, the composer stays beside the browser or files panel. Plan dialogs and composer menus have solid reading surfaces, and closing them restores keyboard focus to the control you came from.
Settings search opens the matching section and brings the setting into view. Changes that cannot be saved say so beside the section, with Retry save. A failed shell-list read preserves the stored shell instead of presenting an empty choice as if it were your configuration.
Memory diagnostics groups its views under Records, Review and System. Past work starts with a search invitation, and the page distinguishes an empty result from data it could not read. A failed refresh keeps the last successful read visible and identifies it as such.
In What Needs You Comes First, we focused the missions list on the decision you open it to make. These changes apply that attention to the decisions inside the mission: how the next turn should run, what a conversation actually contains, and what you can do when part of the app needs another try.
