1. Scope and who handles the purchase

This policy covers Skyflo's monthly paid subscriptions, including their managed allowance for model work and Skyflo Cloud machine time. Paid plans are sold monthly to individuals and organisations whose billing country is India or the United States. That scope does not remove any mandatory rights applicable to a particular customer or purchase. Annual subscriptions, top-ups, overages, and separately billed managed usage are not offered under this launch policy. Your order identifies the plan, recurring price, currency, taxes, billing interval, and included allowance.

Dodo Payments sells the subscription transaction as Merchant of Record. Dodo collects payment, issues invoices, handles applicable transaction taxes, and processes refunds and payment disputes. Operantix Systems Private Limited provides Skyflo and handles product, access, and support issues. A Dodo name on your payment statement is expected. Dodo's buyer terms govern your payment transaction; this policy states Operantix's refund commitments for Skyflo. Dodo Buyer Terms.

For cancellation and refunds, this policy controls over a conflicting provision of Skyflo's Terms. It does not amend Dodo's separate contract, remove Dodo's authority to issue refunds, or limit mandatory consumer rights. We will coordinate with Dodo to deliver refunds owed under this policy or applicable law.

Free use involves no Skyflo payment. Charges under a model-provider account you supply yourself are between you and that provider.

2. Renewal and ordinary cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval disclosed before purchase unless cancelled. We will give required notice of a renewal-price change and obtain consent where required. Changing the provider's model prices can affect how much work fits within your allowance, but does not change your subscription price or the nominal allowance during the paid period.

Cancel in the Skyflo account console under Billing. Cancellation stops renewal and preserves otherwise-valid access until the displayed paid-through date. Unused allowance expires with its monthly window and does not roll over. Ordinary cancellation does not create a cash value for unused allowance or an automatic prorated refund; statutory rights and the remedies below still apply.

We record your cancellation request and show its status. If our processing delay causes a renewal charge after you submitted cancellation before the renewal time, we will arrange a full refund of that renewal, including the tax collected, without deducting managed usage or a service fee. If Billing is unavailable, contact support@skyflo.ai promptly so we can record and action your request. You may also contact Dodo using its support channel. Its published buyer terms ask for 48 hours' notice for support-handled cancellation; that does not reduce Skyflo's commitment for a timely request made to us.

You can reverse a scheduled cancellation before the paid period ends, subject to payment and account eligibility. Reversing it authorises renewal to resume. If payment fails, Dodo may retry collection during its recovery period. Managed access may be paused while the payment funding it is unresolved. If a charge for a plan change fails, you keep your current plan and the access still covered by your earlier payment.

Plan and seat changes. For a change from one individual plan to a higher individual plan, Dodo credits the unused part of the old subscription period and charges for a full new monthly period at the new plan's price, restarting the billing cycle when the paid change takes effect. The charge and billing timing are shown before you confirm. The higher plan and its new period's allowance begin only after payment succeeds, which with some payment methods can take a few days. That payment funds the new period and is covered by this policy like any other payment. Moving to a lower individual plan takes effect at renewal; you keep the higher plan until then, so no ordinary refund arises from the downgrade.

For Team and Team Max, added seats credit the unused old subscription period and charge for a full new monthly period at the new quantity, restarting the billing cycle when the paid change takes effect. Other immediate changes involving a Team plan follow the confirmed provider-backed charge and billing timing shown before confirmation. Additional seats, the new plan and any new funded allowance become available only after successful-payment confirmation. A failed change grants no added seats, new plan or refreshed allowance, and you keep the access still covered by an earlier valid payment. The credit within a paid subscription change is a billing adjustment, not a separate promise of a cash refund.

Seat reductions, Team Max to Team, and a Team plan to an individual plan take effect at renewal, subject to the seat-usage requirements in the Terms; the paid entitlement continues until then. Scheduling one of those changes creates no automatic prorated refund. Ordinary cancellation continues to stop renewal and preserve otherwise-valid access through its paid-through date. All full-refund commitments, statutory rights, service-failure remedies, usage corrections, funding-specific refund effects and dispute rules elsewhere in this policy remain unchanged.

3. Refunds when access or billing fails

We arrange a full refund of the affected payment if:

  • Payment succeeded but we cannot provide the paid access.
  • We cancel the purchase because we cannot service it.
  • We revoke a legal version required to activate that purchase, request replacement acceptance, and you do not accept within 48 hours after confirmed delivery of our replacement notice. We send the initial notice promptly and a reminder 24 hours after that delivery, then cancel and refund the affected purchase if the deadline expires.
  • We collected a duplicate payment for the same subscription period. We return the duplicate amount; a separately valid payment continues to fund the subscription.

For exceptional legal-version revocation, the initial notice identifies the affected purchase, replacement documents, acceptance action, deadline and full-refund consequence. The 48-hour period starts only after we have verified evidence that the exact notice reached your recipient mailbox or your destination mail server. Preparing, queueing, sending or internal mail-system handoff does not start it; proof that you opened or read it is not required. If delivery is unconfirmed or fails, we do not treat you as having missed the deadline. We investigate delivery and contact you again, while preserving your refund rights and any earlier remedy deadline. The reminder is due 24 hours after the evidenced initial delivery; failure of our reminder does not reduce your rights.

A full refund promised here includes the tax collected and has no deduction for consumed managed allowance or a service fee. Operantix bears consumed inference and unrecovered processing fees.

When we identify one of these failures, we initiate remediation without requiring a refund request. We keep you informed until access is supplied or the refund is resolved. An ordinary policy update is not, by itself, a revocation of a document governing an existing purchase.

If a paid service is materially defective, unavailable, or materially different from its description, contact us. We will provide the repair, price reduction, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law. We do not make statutory remedies discretionary or dependent on unused allowance.

4. Statutory withdrawal and cancellation

Consumers retain all mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, and defective-service rights that apply where they live.

For an EEA or UK consumer purchase with a statutory withdrawal right, you normally have 14 days from conclusion of the subscription contract to withdraw without giving a reason. A longer period applies where the law extends it, including for missing required information. This is distinct from stopping the next renewal.

Send a clear withdrawal statement to support@skyflo.ai or Dodo's support channel before the period expires. We accept it without requiring a legal label or a reason. You may use: “I withdraw from my Skyflo subscription contract. Name: . Account email: . Order reference: . Contract date: . Date of notice: __.” Postal notices can use the address below; add your signature if sent on paper. This form is optional.

For these consumer purchases, we will request your express instruction before starting the paid service during the withdrawal period. Starting managed use does not by itself waive your withdrawal right. Under this policy, we arrange a full refund of the affected payment for a valid, timely statutory withdrawal, including the tax collected, without deducting managed usage or a service fee. Reimbursement is made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadline, ordinarily 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another lawful method without additional cost.

Where local law requires an online withdrawal function, it must be available throughout the withdrawal period on the online interface through which you concluded the contract. Your order confirmation identifies its location. It is separate from ordinary end-of-period cancellation.

5. Other requests and usage corrections

Outside mandatory rights and the commitments above, we consider goodwill refunds case by case. Relevant factors include the issue encountered, time elapsed, and managed usage. A refusal by an automated unused-period refund check is not a rejection of a statutory or service-failure claim; support reviews those separately.

An automated unused-period request can proceed only after confirming that no managed usage, including Skyflo Cloud machine time, has settled and no active or unresolved request remains in that funded period. This is an automation limit, not a restriction on your legal rights.

The plan includes managed allowance, not a cash balance. Properly evidenced model work can consume allowance even if you cancel a running request, a connection fails, or the result is unsatisfactory. So can Skyflo Cloud machine time, which is measured while a mission's machine is awake and charged as the Terms describe. A request that fails before reaching the provider does not consume allowance. We do not settle unknown model usage as if it were known, we charge no machine time for a stretch we could not measure beyond what the Terms state, and duplicate settlement of one attempt or one measurement is not permitted.

Report an incorrect usage deduction to support. We investigate, correct the usage record, and return the amount to the allowance of the billing period it was deducted from. If that period has already ended, returned allowance could no longer be used, so we review the error under this section and section 3 instead, and arrange a refund or other remedy where the error affected what you paid for. Failure of an individual request does not automatically refund the whole subscription payment, but it may support a service-failure or statutory remedy. Nothing about consumed allowance reduces a full refund owed under this policy or the law.

6. Refund and dispute status

When we submit an eligible full refund request for the payment funding your current subscription to Dodo, we schedule nonrenewal. Correcting a duplicate payment does not cancel a subscription that remains funded by a valid payment. While a refund is pending or under provider review, new managed requests can be paused according to the payment funding your access. An ordinary support enquiry does not itself request a refund or cancel a plan. If the refund fails, otherwise-valid access can resume, but scheduled cancellation remains unless you choose to reverse it. A failed refund does not reverse an effective statutory withdrawal or remove the obligation to reimburse you.

A full refund or reversal of the payment funding your current access removes that payment's entitlement. If no valid payment continues to fund the subscription, we cancel it and stop future renewals. Refunds relating to another period are handled against that period's payment.

A partial refund does not automatically cancel the subscription, but may place managed access on hold while we reconcile the remaining entitlement. We do not ordinarily offer discretionary partial refunds; we will still arrange one where required by law or Dodo's determination and tell you its effect.

An open payment dispute can pause managed access while investigated. It is not automatically treated as a lost dispute. The outcome and any remaining valid payment determine access and renewal. Contacting us first may help, but is not a condition on any non-waivable right to dispute a charge.

Refunds, disputes, or paid-plan cancellation do not erase local work or disable local, BYOK, or supported subscription-backed work on an already activated Mac.

7. Deleting an account or disabling managed content

Turning managed content off does not cancel your subscription. Use Billing to stop renewal.

For a paid account, deletion offers a choice: schedule nonrenewal and deletion at paid-through end, or delete immediately and end cloud access now. The confirmation shows the ordinary prorated refund, which is zero, and identifies when statutory or exceptional refund review is needed. That preview is not a final decision on mandatory rights.

Deletion does not erase local work or extinguish a refund claim. The Privacy Notice describes retained billing, legal, security, rights-request, and backup records and their applicable limits.

8. Contact and timing

Refunds, cancellation, and billing issues: support@skyflo.ai. Include enough information to identify your account and payment; do not send payment credentials. You can also contact support@dodopayments.com for the Dodo transaction. We coordinate rather than require you to resolve the same issue twice.

We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and redress them within one calendar month. We aim to decide ordinary refund requests within five working days; a shorter statutory deadline takes priority. Dodo processes the refund, and your payment provider's posting time can vary. We supply the status or reference and investigate delays. Provider tooling limits do not shorten a promised or statutory refund right or deadline. Dodo's published self-service refund route is limited to 30 days from the transaction date and normally returns funds to the original payment method. If that route is unavailable, a refund is under review, or processing fails, we escalate the owed remedy to Dodo and track it until resolved. A submitted request or provider review is not a completed refund. Under our merchant arrangement, refunds are routed through Dodo; we do not promise an independent repayment route that has not been agreed. These execution limits do not extinguish the amount we owe you or make a mandatory remedy discretionary.

9. Policy versions

Your purchase records the policy version and terms governing it. We preserve historical versions. A later publication does not silently reduce rights attached to an earlier purchase. New terms apply prospectively with the notice and acceptance required by law; exceptional revocation is handled under section 3.
